Description:
- Looking for an experience Environmental Project Manager
- Looking for a individual that has experience both in the field and in the office working on and reviewing Phase I and Phase II assessments.
- This individual will be working with clients and owners to investigate land and properties prior to them being sold or bought.
- Working through the Phase I and following through with the Phase II if needed.
- This individual will be managing other individuals that or in the field performing the inspections and collecting the data.
- Helping clients also write environmental grant proposals.
Skills:
- Environmental Compliance, Remediation, Phase I, Phase II, Compliance, Due Diligence, brownfield, Inspection, geology
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- If they have any work with Vapor rules and some groundwater work that would be preferred. Also if they have strong experience in soil testing that would also be preferred.
